UNDER THE SURFACE is a feminine collection inspired by the disillusion over the mis-treatment of folk art and by its superficial use in modern design and culture.
TRADITION
The core of this project is inspired in principle more by the ideology of the tradition rather than its form or decorative element. This criticism is expressed through the denial of proportions of folk costumes and deconstructed embroidery which can be felt under translucent turtlenecks.
